New Award-Winning Campus Food Service Announced

PROVIDER CONTRACT FOOD SERVICE, ranked #3 by students and staff of all 87 California University dining accounts, has just awarded the campus food service contract for Hope International University.

Provider’s most well known client is Cal Baptist University, where their Residential Meal Program on campus has grown from 200 to 2,500 participants over the last 10 years. Their student & staff satisfaction scores are measured every semester and the results have been so over-the-top that the school informally adopted a new motto, “Come for the Education; Stay for the FOOD!”  Their fans' rave reviews earned them the Top 3 ranking in California.

Heading-up the HIU campus dining division is Food Service Director, Kevin Murray, who brings with him 27 years of hospitality experience. Most recently, Kevin has helped manage the Cal Baptist University account with over 6 separate food venues on campus, where he was highly regarded. In his position as GM of HIU Food Service, Kevin will be responsible for a positive Foodservice and Hospitality culture, all dining venues, on-site catering, menu deployment, ensuring the delivery of premier quality food and service, spearheading student surveys, and adhering to special dietary requests for students and staff on campus.  Kevin can be reached by email [email protected] and/or cell at (714) 504-9895.

Joining Murray is his longtime colleague, Ismael Gomez, as your resident HIU Executive Chef. Ismael brings with him over 20+ years of culinary training including: hotels, restaurants, catering, and university dining venues.
