3/25/2008 - Michael Johnson Named GSAC Scholar Athlete
Fullerton, CA- Academic Junior Michael Johnson was named a 2007-08 Men’s Basketball GSAC Scholar Athlete as announced by the Golden State Athletic Conference office.
Johnson, a graduate of North Torrance High School, is working on a degree in General Social Science at Hope International University. Upon graduation, he dreams of teaching and coaching basketball at the high school level or higher.
On the basketball court, Johnson is a 6’5” forward who averaged 4.9 points and 2.3 rebounds for the Royals during his just completed injury shortened sophomore season.
