3/8/2008 - Royals Earn First Sweep of Season Against Beavers
Pasadena, CA- Senior Joey Nedelisky did not lose a game all day to lead the Royals to their first sweep of the season (9-0) against the Cal Tech Beavers. Freshman Brett Harvey picked up his first win of the season.
Nedelisky teamed with Freshman Perris Rowan to win their doubles match (8-0). Nedelisky would go on to win his singles match 6-0, 6-0.
Harvey earned his first win with a 7-5, 6-0 win in his singles match.
With the sweep, the Royals evened their season record at 5-5. The Beavers remain winless on the season as they dropped to 0-7.
