3/4/2008 - Jasmine Nault Named to Women’s Basketball All-GSAC Team
Fullerton, CA- For the third consecutive year, Senior Forward Jasmine Nault has been named to the Women’s Basketball All-GSAC Team as announced today by the conference office.
Nault, from Anaheim, CA, leads the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and Golden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) in scoring with 25.4 points per game and is third in the GSAC with 8.4 rebounds per game. She scored 20 points or more in 29 games this season while scoring 30 or more points in 8 games- both GSAC season highs.
She also lead the GSAC with 12 double-doubles on the season.
Her best game of the season came against Concordia when she scored a career high 36 points. She hit the game tying jumper and ensuing game winning free throw in a 77-76 win for Hope International.
The Royals wrapped up their regular season on Monday with a 17-15 record (8-12 GSAC). They qualified for the GSAC Tournament and will play at Vanguard in the first round on Wednesday.
