4/19/2008 - Olvera Dominates Royals, Mauerhan Just Enough Buena Park, CA- Sophomore Kelsesa Mauerhan made just enough of the proper pitches to get out of jams against #13 Vanguard and lead the Royals to a 2-1 Game 2 win. 4/15/2008 - Big Innings and Poor Defense Doom Royals Against #1 Lancers Buena Park, CA- Hope International shot themselves in the foot as they committed 8 errors and allowed a combined 12 runs in the 6th inning of the two games. 4/1/2008 - Garcia Near Perfect, Royals Split With Eagles
Buena Park, CA- Playing at home for the first time in twenty games, the Royals welcomed GSAC rival Biola on Tuesday and won the first game 8-0 in five innings. The Eagles pulled off the split with a 5-1 win in Game 2. 3/1/2008 - Hurley Dialed in as Royals Sweep Poets Buena Park, CA- Freshman catcher Alexis Hurley led the Royals to a sweep of Whittier on Saturday- 10-3 and 8-2. Hurley finished the day 7 for 8 with 3 doubles and 8 RBIs. As a team, the Royals pounded out 25 hits on the day including a season high 17 in the first game. more...
