HIU Alum, Brad Dupray, Named President of Church Development Fund

2/11/1 Fullerton, CA - HIU Alum, Brad Dupray, Named President of Church Development Fund

The Church Development Fund (CDF) located in Irvine, CA, recently named a long-standing employee of CDF the new president effective February 4, 2011. Bradley R. Dupray has served CDF for almost 22 years, most recently as senior vice president of ministry development. He began his career in 1989, initially working alongside the legendary CEO Ralph Dornette, and has held many other positions such as chief operating officer and national marketing director.

Dupray received his bachelor’s degree from HIU (then Pacific Christian College) in 1983 and an MBA from National University. He comments on his education from Hope: “As President of Church Development Fund, I often have one foot in the secular world and one foot in the church world – dealing with bankers, auditors and attorneys on the one side, and pastors, elders and volunteer church leaders on the other side. I can’t imagine that anything would have prepared me better for my work than the true Christian education I received at PCC. It helped me fully understand God’s word and how it applies to everyday life.”

He is also an ordained minister and prior to working at CDF he served at three Christian churches in southern California. He and his wife currently attend Crossroads Christian Church in Corona, CA. Dupray writes a monthly column for the Christian Standard magazine and writes in a blog titled “Travels of the CDF Guy.”
