WASC Regional Accreditation. All Orchard Group Institute courses are offered through Hope International University. Hope holds regional accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Accredited status indicates that Hope meets WASC’s Standards, demonstrates Core Commitments to Institutional Capacity and Educational Effectiveness, and devotes itself to periodic self-evaluation and ongoing institutional improvement.

ABHE Programmatic Accreditation. Hope also holds programmatic accreditation by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). This accreditation is applicable to the following degree programs and majors:

• Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Biblical Studies, Associate Ministry, Children & Family Ministry, Intercultural Studies, Preaching, and Youth & Family Ministry
• Bachelor of Science degree with Christian Ministry Major, and Intercultural Studies
• Master of Arts degree with concentrations in Christian Leadership, Church Planting, Intercultural Studies, and Worship

Accredited status is granted to institutions that meet the ABHE Conditions of Eligibility and that substantially achieve their respective missions and the Programmatic Accreditation Standards. It further indicates a demonstrated commitment to ongoing institutional development.
