Transfer Admissions Process

Application Deadlines
Fall Semester: early action, December 1; regular acceptance, May 1
Spring Semester: December 1

1. Complete and return the undergraduate application (apply online or download the application packet) for admission accompanied by the application fee of $40.00 in the form of a check or money order payable to Hope International University. Credit cards are also accepted. *Please note that the application fee must accompany the application form.
2. Write a 350 word composition explaining your desire to attend Pacific Christian College. Include:
• Why you have chosen to study at PCC
• The influence of your family and church on your decision to attend PCC
• How you see your educational goals as being useful in advancing the mission of Christ
3. Submit 2 references: one from a church leader and another one from an educator/employer.
4. Enrollment Deposit of $325.00. *Note: after May 1st for Fall semester and December 1st for Spring semester this deposit is not refundable.
5. Academic requirements: Official college transcripts with minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0, official proof of high school graduation, and SAT or ACT scores (required only if you have completed less than 24 units of college credit). Minimum SAT score required is 900. Minimum ACT score required is 20.
6. Transfer Reference Form (to be completed by former college)

Consideration for admission will be made after all the required credentials are received by the Undergraduate Admissions Office. Once an admission status is determined, you will be notified in writing.
