Hope International University partnering with churches to equip servant leaders

Through the School of Advanced Leadership Training (SALT) Hope International University partners with churches to develop effective servant leaders within the local congregation. Hope offers a series of online courses designed to strengthen the biblical foundation, ministry skills, and emotional and spiritual health of emerging Christian leaders.

A SALT course typically includes audio/video lectures with PowerPoint, online discussions, group projects and other assignments, readings and resources - all based on a website devoted to that course. Hope also equips local church leaders to play a crucial role as on-site mentors, who guide students in making practical applications in the local context.
