B.S. in Management
Program Overview
The 120-unit Bachelor of Science in Management is an on-site or online degree for working adults at a top Christian university in Southern California. The program is designed for individuals seeking management and leadership skills for applications in for-profit businesses, non-profit organizations, and government settings. The coursework promotes personal and spiritual growth by emphasizing Christian values, ethical principles, and effective interpersonal communications in diverse settings.
Students enroll on the B.S in Management for a variety of reasons, including gaining promotions, changing careers, or preparing for graduate-level studies. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, communication skills, understanding of cultural diversity, ethical principles, and leadership strategies.
The program is designed for working adults as an on-site or online degree completion program. 
Program Purpose & Goals
Purpose: The SPS Management Major provides adult learners with entry-level preparation for servant leadership in business management.
Goal 1: Help students use communication tools and skills appropriate to the business environment.
Goal 2: Help students use course concepts to critically analyze specific business situations, solve problems, and make sound business and/or policy decisions.
Goal 3: Help students apply biblical concepts to business situations.
Program Requirements
To earn the Bachelor of Science degree with a Management Major, students must complete the following degree components:
