PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT/ FAVORITE QUOTE/ SCRIPTURE/ PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION:

It my purpose to further the mission of Christ by equipping students theologically, educationally, and clinically to help those in need spiritually and psychologically. Jesus serves not only as our Savior, but is also referred to as the “Wonderful Counselor” (Isaiah 9:6). The biblical role of the Christian Church has been one of redemption and healing through the church community and Christ.

With the advent of modern education and science, there has been question as to how biblical values and psychology harmonize or contradict. It is my desire to empower students towards an integrative process which utilizes the resources science provides towards psychological healing, and yet preserves the integrity of scripture and God’s power to heal.
