Business Ethics

BUS3411 Business Ethics (3)

Students explore the primary schools of normative ethical theory (divine command, utilitarianism, rights, and other concepts). The course gives spe-cial attention to ethical issues in business and management, such as adver-tising claims, business practices, and discrimination. Students apply theo-retical perspectives to arrive at ethical alternatives and supportable deci-sions. Christian approaches to ethical decisions are emphasized.
