Key Responsibilities •Lead and equip a team of youth sponsors who serve as spiritual mentors •Plan and execute dynamic and engaging student ministry programs and events •Develop a discipleship strategy that includes systematic teaching, with an emphasis on apologetics and spiritual growth •Partner with parents to help them disciple their children with grace, love, and biblical truth •Ensure all student ministry activities are conducted in a safe and welcoming environment
