The kids pastor at our O'Fallon campus will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our kids ministry (birth-5th grade), including Sunday programming, volunteer development, parent engagement and events. This new role at our new campus requires a heart for discipling kids, strong leadership and communication skills and, most importantly, the ability to build and empower teams of volunteers that help kids know the love of Jesus.
