Primary responsibilities include: Shepherding and caring for the congregation, Preaching on Sunday mornings, Providing leadership and oversight to staff and volunteers, Partnering with the Elders in vision, direction, and administration. The Lead Pastor will provide oversight for a staff that includes: A full-time Worship Leader / Media Director, Part-time Youth Minister, Part-time Children’s Ministry Coordinators, Church Secretary, and Volunteer Ministry Leads.

Requirements: College degree from a Christian college, Commitment to Restoration Movement principles, Passion for evangelism and disciple-making, Proven ministry experience and leadership ability.
