Primary responsibilities include: Shepherding and caring for the congregation Preaching on Sunday mornings Providing leadership and oversight to staff and volunteers Partnering with the Elders in vision, direction, and administration The Lead Pastor will provide oversight for a staff that includes: A full-time Worship Leader / Media Director Part-time Youth Minister Part-time Children’s Ministry Coordinators Church Secretary Volunteer Ministry Leads

Qualifications
College degree from a Christian college
Commitment to Restoration Movement principles
Passion for evangelism and disciple-making
Proven ministry experience and leadership ability
