ACC is seeking and Associate Pastor to serve alongside the Lead Pastor. The main area of focus for the Associate Pastor will be Youth Ministry, along with another area of ministry based on the candidate's skills and gifts. There are potential areas for focus, including worship, college, kids and more. Position will be (to some extent) tailor-made for the right candidate. The candidate will need to (on occasion) be capable of preaching and assisting the Lead Pastor in day to day tasks.

Auburn Christian Church is a growing church in rural SE Nebraska. The church has a solid youth ministry, a solid young family base, and many opportunities for ministry that happen throughout the week. The church recently (in 2023) completed their Family Life Center, which operates as the home base for the church's weekly youth ministry. The staff has a lead pastor who has served there for 15 years, and a youth pastor who is finishing a successful 5 year stint in that role (leaving in May).
