Align with River Church’s doctrinal statement & mission; Report to the Senior Pastor; Fill in for the Senior Pastor during his absences; Provide training to volunteers; Report on activities to the Ministry Council; Participate in outreach activities inside & outside of the church; Manage all aspects of a yearly VBS program as well as youth camps; Ability to develop lesson plans; Ability to preach & teach effectively; Plan Sunday School lessons; Perform various office/administrative tasks
