Serve as the primary preacher and teacher, communicating Biblical truth with clarity, conviction, and relevance. Lead and cast vision for the church in partnership with the Elders. Invest personally in mentoring and developing future leaders within the church. Oversee the church staff, providing leadership, encouragement, accountability, and direction.
Application Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible or a ministry related field (A Masters degree would be a plus).
Have the support of his family for leadership at home and in the life of the church.
Have gifts in preaching, leadership, and evangelism/discipleship.
Have at least 5 years of experience serving as a lead pastor.
Love God deeply and lead from spiritual overflow.
Build teams and develop leaders.
Be comfortable sharing leadership while providing clear direction.
Have a heart for people both inside and outside the church.
