Work directly with Executive Leadership to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries. Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through a two to four step process, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and get involved on a team (Dream Team).
Application Requirements:
Proven experience building and leading teams
3 - 5 years of experience in a Pastor or Director role
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong project management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
