The naming honors Dr. Grana's exemplary life of servant leadership and career in Christian ministry, which has left an indelible mark on countless lives around the globe.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Grana served faithfully at HIU in roles that included Professor and Dean of Pacific Christian College of Ministry & Biblical Studies, Dr. Grana transitioned into semi-retirement in 2020, and now serves pastors and alumni as the Special Assistant to the President. He also preaches/teaches at Refinery Christian Church in Goodyear, AZ, 8-10 Sundays per year.
