Karen McReynolds, Associate Professor of Science, co-authored a brand new textbook, Environmental Science: Caring for the Creator’s World, with her husband, Mark. More than 2 years in the making, it was recently published by Classical Academic Press. It is written from a Christian theological perspective, free of politics and political agendas. McReynolds specifically focused on contacting, interviewing, and writing about creation care-givers who are featured in each chapter.
“Environmental Science is all about how humans shape the world and how the world shapes humans,” Karen explains. “And the final chapter of this textbook is about sustainability and hope for the future of this marvelous planet that God created as our home.”
