HIU Alumna, Tammy Daughtry, To Speak On Focus On The Family

Tammy Daughtry (BA ’99) will be a featured guest on the Christian radio program Focus on the Family. She will speak on the importance and impact of co-parenting and the coming together of divorced parents to continue raising their children after the divorce. The two part program is based on her book Co-parenting Works! Helping Your Children Thrive After Divorce, and will air July 30th and 31st.

The Founder and CEO of CoParenting International, Tammy is on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Area Association of Christian Counselors, the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, the International YMCA Board and is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and has written articles for Family Therapy Magazine, Lifeway’s Parent Life Magazine, Home Life Magazine, and several other publications.

Speaking alongside Tammy on Focus on the Family is fellow Marriage and Family Therapist, Ron Deal, the founder and president of As for Me And My House Ministries.
