Capable through experience, to lead the student group in personal application and desire to live in the Spirit. Able to oversee and supervise a volunteer ministry staff of 4-6 individuals. Competent in the following major areas of ministry: preaching and teaching, event planning, team building. The Associate Pastor shall be responsible for leading the community outreach efforts of NCC. Identify needs and available resources in an effort to bless and serve our community.

We currently average about 200 in attendance. We have a full time Lead Pastor and Children's Pastor and a part time Creative Arts Director. You would be joining a ministry staff team passionate about making disciples and reaching those far from God. You would also be serving in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.
