Job Description: • Select, rehears and lead songs for services • Hold at least one rehearsal before each service (Friday pm services and Sunday am services) • Coordinate worship team members (Creating weekly roster/communicating as needed • Train new musicians • Prepare Audio Visual presentations such as slides, lights, sound board, etc. • Attend monthly staff meetings • Coordinate with other staff and leadership as needed

• Some background in the Restoration Movement (Christian Church/Church of Christ)
• Be fully able to adhere to Pathway's Statement of Faith as well as personnel policies and bylaws
• Be musical competent vocally as well as a lead instrument such as guitar or piano
