The Executive Pastor (XP) serves as a key leader on the church’s executive team, responsible for overseeing the development, alignment, and execution of all ministry departments to fulfill the church’s mission and vision. This role focuses on leadership development, strategic execution, and organizational health across the entire ministry landscape of a large church. The XP will have influence and input on shaping vision and strategy across all campuses.
