The Role As Community Life Pastor, you will serve as the bridge between our mission and seeing our vision lived out by our people. You'll oversee our Growth Track discipleship pathway (moving people from Explore → Partner → Builder), develop missional community leaders, and coordinate with our Kids, Students, and cross-cultural ministry teams to create a unified approach to spiritual formation.
