The ideal candidate for the position of Lead Pastor is a visionary, highly relational, and gospel-driven leader. The Lead Pastor will provide overall spiritual direction, preach dynamic, biblically grounded sermons, equip staff and leaders, and foster a culture of discipleship, evangelism, and community impact. Partnering closely with the Elder Board and staff, this leader will shape strategy, guide spiritual formation, and help the church live out its mission both locally and globally.
Application Requirements:
Preaching and Teaching
Prepare and deliver engaging, biblically sound messages each week that inspire spiritual growth and life transformation.
Lead and develop the teaching team to ensure doctrinal consistency, creativity, and excellence in communication.
Vision and Leadership
Provide spiritual leadership that aligns with the church’s mission and values.
Collaborate with Elders and staff to develop and implement strategic initiatives for growth, outreach, and discipleship.
Model servant leadership and foster a healthy, Christ-centered staff culture.
Discipleship and Pastoral Care
Champion a disciple-making culture through small groups and spiritual rhythms.
Offer pastoral care in key life moments, including counseling, weddings, and funerals.
Equip and empower ministry leaders to shepherd the congregation effectively.
Community Engagement and Outreach
Lead the church in being a light to the community and beyond through missions, partnerships, and outreach.
Represent the church in the broader community with humility and Christlike character.
