The Worship + Youth Pastor contributes to the mission of West Seattle Christian Church by crafting and leading engaging worship services. Responsibilities include helping to foster a healthy and thriving worship culture at the church, and developing servant ministers and musicians at the church. Through an exciting and engaging environment, with solid Biblical teaching, the youth pastor will connect and engage students in their church family, thereby creating lifelong Jesus-followers.
