The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: - Consistent launch of new groups - Work collaboratively with the Groups Team to achieve goals. - Develop the Young Adult Ministry with the goal of steadily increasing the number of Young Adults in Life Groups. - Participate in Groups Team activities such as Leader Rallies, Real Discipleship Training, and monthly Life Group Experiences. - Be available for general ministerial duties - Additional duties as assigned
Application Requirements:
- 3-5 years ministry experience or equivalent employment and volunteer-based experience.
- Related education, degree, or training preferred
- Experience leading teams or volunteers required.
- Ordination preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Solid computer knowledge and experience with MS Office.
