✅ Bachelor’s degree.
✅ At least three years of ministry experience.
✅ Strong moral character and spiritual maturity.
✅ Self-motivated, organized, and relationally driven.
✅ Ability to connect effectively with students, parents, volunteers, church members, and community partners.
