Oversee all Children’s Ministry (birth-5th grade) programming, ensuring excellence and alignment with the mission of Oak Lane Christian Church. Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling. Collaborate with church staff to ensure teamwork and support of church-wide initiatives through unified ministry effort.
