Psychology Faculty Selected To Present At Mid-Year Conference

The Hope International University College of Psychology and Counseling is pleased to congratulate a faculty research team led by Dr. Thomas Frederick upon its selection to present at the 12th Annual Mid-Year Research Conference on Religion and Spirituality.  The team will present its research entitled Integrating Faith and Learning: An Initial Study of Undergraduate Psychology, Human Development, and Graduate Marriage and Family Therapy Students at Biola University’s Center for Christian Thought in April.

Dr. Frederick’s faculty colleagues on the project are Dr. Susan Hastings, Dr. Robert Pate, Dr. Peace Amadi, Bradley Overholser, Wojciech Organistko, and Jacqueline Bran.

The 12th Annual Midyear Research Conference on Religion and Spirituality will be hosted by Division 36 of the American Psychology Association. The conference’s main purpose is the promotion of research in religion and spirituality. The event, which hosts over 200 attendees, provides an academic forum for professionals to discuss the latest research and advances in the field.

This year’s conference will be held at Biola University on April 25-26.
