Jacob Umphreys is a ministry resident at Real Life Church in Santa Clarita, where he brings his intentional and relational style of leadership to the Young Adults in his community. Born and raised in the Midwest state of Iowa, he brings a blue-collar feel to the West Coast context he serves in. With a degree in Christian Formation and a deep desire to see young people find and follow Jesus in a relevant, relational, and actionable way he engages listeners with a vision of a full life in the Way of Jesus and gives practical steps to get there. And, if you listen closely, you'll find hints of his love for sci-fi shows, film music, and his lovely wife Courtney.
