Tiffany is the College Pastor of Mariners Church in southern California. She grew up as a missionary kid in the Philippines, which ignited her passion for sharing the gospel with every nation and led her to Bible Baptist College where she earned a degree in Intercultural Studies. With 15 years of church experience in various churches, she’s led and trained teams in guest services, children’s ministry, small groups, outreach, and assimilation. She also pioneered internship programs in Missouri, Texas, and California, helping young leaders find their purpose, activate their potential, and change the world.
