Annual Fund
From the first
class each morning until the lights are turned off at
night, your gifts to the Hope International University
Annual Fund are critical to meeting the opportunities
and challenges of a private Christian university.
Every year hundreds of alumni, churches, foundations
and friends of Hope give generously to significantly
strengthen our ability to prepare students to be
servant leaders. By making unrestricted gifts to the
Annual Fund, you are creating an immediate and personal
impact on the lives of every student and faculty member
throughout the school year.
Your continued support of the Annual Fund is vital to
our success. It strengthens our programs, helps us to
maintain and enhance the campus-learning environment
and provides much needed scholarships for students to
come to Hope, regardless of their financial situation.
Hope has committed to meeting up to 70% of the unmet
need of each deserving student and the Annual Fund
plays a vital role in accomplishing this goal.
A key reason that your support is so important is that when corporations and foundations consider grants to Hope, they look at the number of alumni and friends who contribute as a factor in their decision-making. It's not the amount of gift, but the amount of participation. In many cases a small gift could help the University receive large awards to advance the mission of "empowering students through Christian higher education to serve the Church an impact the world for Christ."
