Non-HIU Student Requests for Housing

If you attend a college other than HIU, such as California State University, Fullerton, or Fullerton College, you may be eligible for housing at HIU. Eligibility is relative to space being available and approval to live on campus. As HIU upholds Christian values and lifestyle, non-HIU applicants are approved based on our determination of desire and ability to be a positive and active participant in this community.

How Does A Non-HIU Student Apply for Residence?

All 2011-2012 Non-HIU housing forms

The ONLY Non-HIU individuals who qualify for housing extensions are:

    • Student residents who are completing courses up to the day of their institution’s commencement day. These students may be approved to stay one day after their last final, (no later than commencement day).
    • Approved students must pre-pay $10 for each day they will stay in the dorms past HIU’s commencement day.
