This course covers how to design and implement the best combination of marketing and sales efforts to carry out a firm's strategy. This includes con-sideration of the creation and delivery of value; application of segmentation, branding, pricing, distribution and promotion tactics to specific products and market circumstances; development of sales force competencies, behaviors and techniques; and alignment of sales force motivation and incentives to create mutual benefit with the customer.
