Enrollment Verification

Upon request, the Registrar's Office can provide verification that a student is enrolled at the University as a part-time/full-time student. This may be required by employers, healthcare providers, car insurance providers, etc.

The Registrar’s Office can also provide verification that a student has completed their degree at the University.

The Registrar's Office can also provide verification that a student is enrolled at the University as a part-time/full-time student for the purposes of loan deferment. To do so, a student must submit the In-School Deferment Request form to the Registrar's Office in advance of the deadline that signals a loan going into default.

To receive enrollment or degree verification during a particular semester, you must:
  1. Print and fill out the Enrollment/Degree Verification Request by hand. This form must include a handwritten signature in order to be processed.
  2. Students must be currently enrolled in classes for Enrollment Verifications.

  4. Please be sure to include any special instructions about additional information to be included, such as a social security number or policy number.
  5. Please allow 5-7 working days for processing of verifications.
