Barry E. Knight has committed his life to helping leaders elevate their leadership performance and influence. He is the founder and CEO of BEK Impact Company, an executive leadership coaching, training, and speaking company that helps leaders massively impact those they lead and serve. Prior to launching his company, Barry founded and pastored a church for 11 1/2 years. He is the author of the book, Impactability: Your Call to Massively Impact the Kingdom of God. Second only to His love for Christ is his love for his wife, Sacheen Erica Knight. They are the proud parents of two young sons, B.J. and Charles Edward, and one daughter, Sydnei Erica.
