Phil Allen is the pastor of “The Vine,” the college/young adult ministry at Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch, CA. He is very passionate about inspiring and mentoring believers to their greatest potential. He enjoys serving with his beautiful wife Nikko, who leads worship for the Vine ministry. Phil received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The King’s University and loves teaching and preaching the word of God, bowling, golf, and spending time with his bride.
