Alexander James is a pastor, poet, and prophetic storyteller from South Los Angeles who speaks with a blend of honesty, hope, and theological depth. He serves as the Discipleship Pastor at Friends Church Orange, shaping spiritual formation pathways and developing leaders across generations. With more than 15 years of ministry experience—as a youth pastor, young-adult pastor, and executive pastor—he has equipped thousands of emerging leaders through preaching, curriculum development, and creative teaching.

Alexander’s voice has reached audiences from churches to conferences to Comic-Con, always calling people toward freedom, formation, and an honest walk with Jesus. His work with The Be Honest Company and the Honest Leadership Collective centers on helping communities pursue wholeness through truth, courage, and Christ-centered leadership.
